Not just a treat to have from the buffet table of a fancy hotel whilst on holidays!
I like to make it if I'm having guest over for Brunch.
Lately I've been making it twice a week, because everyone loves it.
I usually make it after dinner and put it in the fridge overnight to soften. Then its ready for breakfast.
2 apples, quartered
2 cups wholegrain rolled oats
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup apple juice
Add apple quarters to Thermomix bowl.
Chop 3seconds, sp 5.
Scrape into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix together, refrigerate overnight.
Serve with extra yoghurt and fruit of your choice.
